We understand the phrase " I NEED IT NOW"! Having that in mind, once your payment is confirmed, Light Bulb Distributor.Com will make every effort to process and ship your order within the next business day.

Credit Card Payment
Must be made by a major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express) if expedited shipment of your order is required please let us know . All orders placed for pickup at store location must be prepaid by credit card before order can be processed. Payment can also be made through PayPal Express Checkout quickly and easily using your PayPal account.

Is it safe to submit my credit card number?
Yes.During the order process, if you choose to make your payment by credit card, you will enter into a secured area of our web site. But if you would like to submit your credit card information over the phone or via fax please contact one of our representatives at 1-800-628-5788 (Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time) or fax at 631-754-2213 any time and someone will assist you. If you prefer payment may also be made through PayPal Express Checkout using your PayPal account.

Money Order Payment
If you pay by money order, your order will ship immediately upon the arrival of your money order; however, you must call 1-800-628-5788 to receive your total billing costs.

Payment by Check
If you pay by check, your order will be held until your check clears ( 1-3 weeks), and again, you must call 1-800-628-5788 to receive your total billing costs.

Shipping Costs and Options
In addition to our basic domestic FED EX Ground Rates, Light Bulb Distributor.Com offers a variety of shipping options for all domestic orders. All shipping rates are calculated when the order is processed and packed, and those fees are added to your order at that time. Next Day, 2nd day, and 3rd Day Air is available upon request for an additional shipping charge.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
Light Bulb Distributor.Com careful packs using shipping cartons and packing materials, by our experienced shipping team. It is highly unlikely that an order will be lost or damaged. However, occasionally items are damaged during shipping. If this happens, simply report the damage to us and we'll remedy the problem to your satisfaction. Lost items will be tracked first and if not found within 15 days, we'll gladly replace the merchandise free of charge.

Order Changes or Cancellations and Returns
Because we typically process orders quickly, the window of opportunity for changing your order is often very small.. Once an order is generated, processed and sent to our shipping dept. the order can only be changed if it has not been shipped. Items may be added, subtracted and/or substituted for another item prior to shipping.

Should you need to cancel an order, please call 1-800-628-5788.
If you need to return an item because of a mistake in ordering, please note that there is a 30 % restocking fee plus freight charges to and from. All returns must have an RMA number accompanying the merchandise at the time of the return. Returns without RMA numbers are subject to a possible 50% restocking fee plus freight to and from.

Should you need to return an item because of material defects please call 1-800-628-5788 and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase including shipping costs. Products returned must be in original package.

Will Light Bulb Distributor.Com sell my name and address to other companies?
Not a chance! Any information you provide us is used by East Coast Lamp Sales (our parent company) only to serve you in the best and most professional way. We do not sell our customer list to anyone.

Exchanges and Returns
At Light Bulb Distributor.Com, we would like to help you resolve any purchase problems as quickly and easily as possible. Providing you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy. Before you make your purchase read the complete returns policy information.

General Policies

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we make the mistake.

  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.

  • An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.

  • The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issued date.

  • All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

  • When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.

  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and owner's manuals.

  • Please note all returns conditions listed above, as applicable to your return.

  • Any electronic items that have been energized can not be returned unless defective.


Light Bulb reserves the right to substitute a comparable item that meets or exceeds the specifications of the displayed item if necessary. Light Bulb may substitute items to replace discontinued items or avoid lengthy backorders on out of stock items.
